Absolutely delicious and rich truffles!
14 fl oz. canned coconut milk
18 oz. chocolate
1/2 c. cacao powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
stevia to taste
Place broken dark chocolate into a bowl, and place bowl over boiling water to gently melt the chocolate. While the chocolate is melting, place the coconut milk in a saucepan and heat gently adding in your spices. Once the chocolate has melted, add the coconut milk with spices to it and mix well. Once mixed well, add the butter and stevia. Pour mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper (oiled at the bottom to stop it from slipping around). Place the completed mixture into the freezer for one hour. After one hour take the chocolate out, cut into cubes and roll around in a bowl of cocoa powder. Voila!
