Spaghetti Sauce with Pork

    4 oz. pork tenderloin

    1 tomato

    1 cabbage

    1/2 c. sweet potato

    2 tbsp. coconut oil

    1 tbsp. tomato paste


  1. Cut tomato and cabbage into small pieces
  2. Add 1/2 cup water into cooker and add into boiling water for 15 min
  3. Slice the pork, add 2 tsp coconut oil and 1/8 tsp sea salt to marinate it, then add into the cooked
    tomato and continue boiling for 3 min
  4. Cut sweet potato into cubs and boil until soft, then blend it to paste mix with the tomato (This is actually a replacement of sugar and flour for a pasta sauce)
  5. Add 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1 table spoon ketchup for taste (or your taste)
