A great way to stock up on your Omega-3s without breaking the bank!
1 egg
1/4 c. breadcrumbs, made from gluten-free bread
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. ground cumin
6 oz. canned salmon
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and roll into 2 balls. Slightly flatten out balls until they are shaped into desired burger shape and place in a greased skillet on medium high heat. Cover and brown each patty until a good sear is made, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Top them off with some Greek yogurt, tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, lemon... whatever sounds appealing! I've even put BBQ sauce on these. Serve with some baked sweet potato fries or carrot chips for the perfect finish!
