refreshing, delicious, antioxidant and versatile snack !
1 bch. kale
1 sml. peach
1 sml. plum
1 sml. banana
1/3 c. frozen berries
3 tbsp. almond butter
1 tbsp. shredded coconut
5 ice
1/2 c. water
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch vanilla, ground, organic
combine desired ingredients in blender, then pour into cups. (each cup should have about a cup of smoothie). stick a popsicle stick in the middle (optional) freeze in freezer!
I listed my new favorite above, but feel free to experiment with other vegetables and fruits and nuts to make your personal smoothie popsicle favorite! It is very difficult to go wrong! so be adventurous! bon appétit!
P.S. my smoothie tastes delicious, but might have a scary color! green + red = brown....
