This smoothie was made because I felt a little shaky. It perked me up and I was able to continue gardening.
2 tbsp. yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 med. banana
1 tbsp. flax seeds
1/8 pineapple
1/4 c. raisins
1 tbsp. coconut
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
1/4 c. dried cranberries
I put all the ingredients in my blender and blended until drinkable.
