Slow Cooker Oats

Let this sit in the crock pot for a delicious breakfast!


    1/2 c. steel cut oats

    1 c. homemade coconut milk

    1 c. almond milk

    2 tsp. coconut flakes

    1 tbsp. cacao powder

    1/4 c. almonds


Combine oats, coconut milk, almond milk, coconut flakes, and cacao powder in a slow cooker. Whisk until the cacao powder is well incorporated into the milks. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until liquid is completely soaked up by the oats. When finished cooking, stir in almonds (optional), allow to cool, and serve.
