Delicious banana blueberry oatmeal with minimal prep work required!
1 c. steel cut oats
2 med. banana
1 c. frozen blueberries
1 1/2 c. almond milk
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. honey, raw
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
Spray slow cooker insert with olive oil. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook for about 4 hours on low.
Serving size is about 1/2 cup. Save servings in refrigerator in airtight containers until ready to serve.
