A healthy, sweet treat... perfect little bite for any sugar craving!
3 med. banana
2 c. old-fashioned oats
1/4 c. peanut butter, creamy
1/4 c. cacao powder
1/3 c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Let batter stand for about 20 minutes. Drop batter by the spoonful onto baking sheet (should make about 24 cookies). Bake for 10-12 minutes.
To freeze and save for later: Let cookies cool completely and then place in a freezer bag.
*One serving is 2 cookies.
