So easy to make and they taste just as great re-heated the next day - the perfect meatball to prep in advance for a week of tasty, healthy eating.
1 lbs. ground turkey
1/2 c. almond flour
1 egg
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well using hands. Form mixture into 12 balls, arrange on baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
