Super easy and quick salad. You can add nuts or any other veggies or fruit you like or grilled salmon or chicken.
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 dsh. black pepper
2 bch. spinach
1 oz. avocado
1 pear
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Just toss the ingredients together.
