Simple Salted Roasted Brussels Sprouts

A simple recipe for slightly salty Brussels sprouts. Leftovers can be reheated or eaten straight from the fridge for a tasty and nutritious snack.


    1 1/2 lbs. brussels sprouts

    3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    1 tsp. sea salt

    1/2 tsp. black pepper


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Trim Brussels sprouts and remove yellow leaves. Place all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Seal tightly, and shake to coat.

Pour onto a baking sheet, and place on center oven rack. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, shaking pan every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning.

Adjust seasoning with sea salt, if necessary. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
