Delicious and easy mayonnaise.
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 egg
1/4 pinch mustard seed, ground
1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Combine egg, dried mustard, salt, apple cider vinegar, and half of the olive oil in a blender or small food processor. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining olive oil very gradually, either in a thin stream very slowly, or a few drops at a time, while blending. Blend until thick and creamy. When at your desired consistency, add more vinegar and salt, to taste.
