Simple Guacamole

Guacamole is an excellent anti-inflammatory snack!


    1 med. avocado

    2 tbsp. onion

    2 tbsp. lime juice

    1 pinch sea salt


Scoop out the meat of the avocado, and chop it into small cubes. Add finely diced red onion, lime juice, and sea salt. Mash well. Serve with fresh veggies.
