This recipe proves you don’t have to marinate your meat for hours to maximize flavor. This spice combination is sure to blow your taste buds away!
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. smoked paprika
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 lbs. chicken breast
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Massage mixture into chicken breasts.
Place chicken on grill, and grill each side for 4-6 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
