Simple Green Smoothie

Protein and greens in one drink!


    1 egg

    1/2 med. banana

    2 oz. Greek yogurt

    1/2 oz. avocado

    1 oz. frozen spinach

    1 c. homemade coconut milk

    1 tbsp. chia seeds


Add all ingredients to a blender. Add enough coconut milk to your liking. Blend together until smooth, and enjoy!

Ingredients may be fresh or frozen. Be sure to use only eggs from healthy chickens :-)
