This is delicious and nutritious!
4 oz. cooked shrimp
2 oz. avocado
1/4 tomato
sea salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread
Dice avacado and tomato. In a small bowl combine avacado, tomatoe and shrimp. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Mix well and serve over 1 slice of toasted sprouted wheat bread.
Option: Add little lemon juice and chopped cilantro. Serve ceviche style over salad or with homemade dsp chips. Cut sprouted wheat tortilla in to triangles and lightly fry in small amount of coconut oil or olive oil. (Will have to add a fat for the chips.)
