Shrimp Salad
8 oz. cooked shrimp
1 med. tomato
1 lime
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1 garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. celery
1 avocado
Dice shrimp. Mash avocado. Dice everything else and mix it all together.
