Yummy dressing with an Asian flair. The applesauce gives it some "body."
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. wheat-free soy sauce
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh ginger
1/3 c. applesauce
1 tbsp. oil, toasted sesame, unrefined, organic
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Whisk all ingredients together well.
It’s thick, so store in a container you can spoon from.
