Adapted from a delicious piece of fish I tried at a restaurant! Tried to recreate it.
1/2 lbs. salmon
5 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. honey, raw
1 dsh. lemon juice
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place salmon on foil or parchment paper.
Rub salmon with oil, honey, and lemon juice.
Top with sesame seeds - should be a thick layer "crust."
Bake for about 15 minutes.
