A sweet healthy main dish that even brocolli haters will love
2 c. broccoli
4 oz. chicken breast, skin-on
1 tbsp. honey, raw
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
sea salt to taste
sesame seeds to taste
Preheat over to 350°F.
Slice the chicken into bite-size pieces. Place the chicken and broccoli in an oven safe dish and toss it with the olive oil and sesame oil. Sprinkle the chicken broccoli mixture with sesame seeds and salt. (I use a sea salt grinder that also has sesame seeds in it.)
Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until broccoli is crispy.
Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Stir and serve.
