This works perfectly with the SWG bread that I feel is kinda 'stale' tasting already lol. Makes about 2 cups, is super quick and works great!
2 slc. sprouted whole grain bread
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Grate the bread in a food processor or blender until the crumbs are fine. Stop here for plain bread crumbs.
For the Seasoned Bread Crumbs: Add the garlic powder, oregano, parsley and salt to the fine bread crumbs and mix until thoroughly combined.
Makes approx. 2 cups bread crumbs
Store in an airtight container until ready to use. I usually make this fresh each time I need bread crumbs
