Seasoned Blackened Salmon

Detox your body with this simple salmon recipe that packs a big taste.

Ingredients

    1/4 tsp. paprika

    1/4 tsp. dried oregano

    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

    1/8 tsp. dried thyme

    1/2 lbs. salmon

    1 tbsp. coconut oil

    1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    1/4 tsp. onion powder

Directions

If you are following the TotalReset Cleanse, eat one serving for dinner on Day 1, and save the second serving for lunch on Day 2.

Combine spices in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture all over the salmon.

Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon to the skillet, and cook 5-8 minutes on each side, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
