Quick and easy seafood salad I make at the office.
4 oz. smoked salmon
1 avocado
2 oz. crabmeat, lump, sustainably raised
2 oz. calamari, fresh
1 head romaine lettuce
2 c. spinach
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 med. tomato
black pepper to taste
2 c. arugula
Mixed all the ingredients together and enjoy!
