Versatile recipe for salmon, tuna, crab, or shrimp patties.
3 tbsp. coconut oil
1 lbs. baked salmon
1 med. bell pepper, any color
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. green onion
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. honey, raw
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. chipotle seasoning
1/2 c. cilantro
1/2 c. almond flour
2 egg
In a large bowl combine salmon (or tuna, crab, or shrimp - any seafood will work!) with chopped bell pepper, chopped garlic, sliced green onion, lime juice, honey, sea salt, chipotle seasoning, chopped cilantro, almond flour, and eggs. Form mixture into 12 patties.
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties to skillet and cook for 5 minutes each side.
