I find it difficult to get enough fibre in my "Protein type" diet plan, so I made this for breakfast.


    2 egg

    1/4 c. cottage cheese

    1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

    1 dsh. ground cumin

    sea salt & black pepper to taste


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and fry it up! Serve with fresh tomatoes or fruit to make a complete breakfast.
