Quick and easy recipe for salmon.
5 oz. salmon
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. butter
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Combine garlic powder, basil, and salt in a small bowl. Rub onto the fillet. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon in butter until browned and flaky, about 5 minutes per side.
