Makes a great side dish or snack!
1 c. okra, baby, fresh, organic
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Cut tops off baby okra. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add okra, salt and pepper. Saute until desired crispness is achieved usually 5-8 minutes over medium heat. Enjoy!
