Great hearty lunch that doesn't taste like you're on a diet!
4 oz. Italian turkey sausage
1/2 white or gold potatoes
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. onion
seasoning or spices of your liking to taste
Chop sausage and potato in 1/2 inch chunks and dice onion. Add with olive oil and seasoning to a preheated skillet on medium heat and cover for 5 minutes (stir once). Uncover (stir) and brown for the last 5 minutes or until heated through and brown on edges of potatoes.
