Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

An easy meal that you can make your own!


    1 med. red bell pepper

    1 orange bell pepper

    1/2 med. yellow onion

    2 chicken sausage

    2 clove garlic

    2 tbsp. coconut oil


Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped peppers and onions; sauté until tender and onions are a bit translucent.

Add sliced sausages and minced garlic, and cook until sausages are browned to your liking. Enjoy!
