This is adapted off a menu at a nation restaurant breakfast chain. It's amazing and soooo easy!
2 pork sausage
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 med. bell pepper, any color
2 garlic
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 coconut oil
Cut the sausage the long way, then into bite size pieces. Cut the pepper and onion into strips. Saute sausage, peppers, and onions in coconut oil over medium heat. Saute until sausage is browned as desired. Add garlic and mix to distribute. Cover for a few minutes to finish cooking the veggies.
