this beautiful fresh raw green salsa is fantastic poured over lightly steamed vegetable, fish or chicken or a rice salad, I use herbs freshly picked from my garden and you can still feel the life force, yum
1 c. fresh mint
1 c. fresh parsley
1 lemon
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
pick leaves from stems, wash and spin, juice the lemon add all ingredients to a food processor or cut by hand until pureed, enter one ingredient at a time
