For a summer lunch that is easy to make and not too heavy. You can certainly make this in a larger quantity.
1 baked salmon
1 c. tomato
6 tbsp. onion
4 lrg. radishes, fresh, organic
2 celery
Mix the salmon, tomatoes, onion and radishes together. Add Isabel's dressing stir until paste like. Stuff the celery pieces.
