This is a favorite dish of mine. My husband's comment,..."Taste buttery and delicous" and presents itself with elegance!
2 tsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 spg. fresh dill weed
6 oz. salmon
1 carrot
1/2 stlk. celery stalk, fresh, organic
Place salmon in center of parchment paper. Arrange carrots and celery around salmon. Pour butter over fish and vegetables.Sprinkle with lemon juice and top with dill. Seal parchment by folding over and roll/press the edge closed. Place on a micro-proof plate. Cook on HI, 3-4 minutes, or until parchment is steaming, but not dry.
