Salmon Fry

Cooking fish at low heat consumes less oil, prevents food from burning, and tastes heavenly.


    1 tsp. sea salt

    3 tsp. lemon juice

    4 tsp. coconut oil

    1/2 tsp. turmeric

    1 lbs. salmon

    1 tsp. cayenne pepper

    1 tsp. ground cumin

    1 tsp. ground ginger


Combine cayenne pepper (may want to use less if you don't want it too spicy), cumin, ginger, turmeric, sea salt, and lemon juice in a bowl. Clean and chop the salmon into 2-inch pieces. Add to bowl with marinade, mix it all up, and place bowl in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the fish soak up the flavor of the marinade.

Heat coconut oil in a wide pan over low heat. Once the oil is warmed, add marinated fish to the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side, until roasted well.
