Rum Balls

These rum balls are quick & easy and taste great

Ingredients

    2 tbsp. coconut oil

    2 tbsp. butter

    2 tbsp. maple syrup

    2 tbsp. coconut sugar

    1 tbsp. cacao powder

    1/2 fl oz. alcohol, rum

    2 tbsp. almond meal

    1 c. raisins

    1 c. mixed nuts

Directions

Place butter oil, maple syrup and coconut sugar in a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil.

  1. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well . Cool and roll into tsp sise balls & roll in coconut , makes up to 24 balls - 2 per serve
