Rosemary Garlic Chicken

Quick dinner with pizzazz!


    1/2 lbs. chicken breast

    1 tbsp. butter

    2 clove garlic

    2 tbsp. fresh rosemary

    1 tbsp. lemon juice

    sea salt & black pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pat chicken dry and place into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover the chicken breasts with butter and minced garlic. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and sea salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF and juices run clear (baking time will depend on the thickness of your chicken breasts).
