This is a quick way to prepare shrimp to add to rice, pastas, tacos or just by themselves. They turn out perfect everytime almost sweet.
1/2 lbs. shrimp
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Pre heat your oven to 400* - you want your oven good and HOTsometimes i roast some peppers and onions while im thawing out the shrimp Dry the thawed prepared shrimp well with paper towels Toss the shrimp in a bowl with the olive oil salt and pepper Arange shrimp on baking tray so they are not touching I hit em again with a little salt and pepper Bake in oven for 6-8 min After taking out of oven get them off the tray quickly or they will continue to cook, I try to have everthing ready at this point so you can serve them quickly after they come out of the oven.
