Roasted Rosemary Chicken

Juicy chicken that can be prepped in no time! Pair this with some steamed veggies and enjoy!


    8 clove garlic

    6 spg. fresh rosemary

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1 tbsp. butter

    1 lemon

    3 lbs. whole chicken


Preheat oven to 425ºF. Make sure that the inside of the chicken has been hollowed. Then rinse the chicken off and pat to dry. Brush butter on the skin of the chicken and salt and pepper as you please. Next, chop the garlic and rosemary and stuff it inside the chicken. Put the halved lemon inside the chicken as well. Place the chicken on the rack of your roasting rack. Roast for one and half hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160ºF. When you take the chicken out of the oven, cover it with aluminum foil for about 10-15 minutes. Carve and enjoy!
