Roasted Potatoes

Roasted potatoes are yummy, healthy, and EASY!


    1 tsp. garlic powder

    1/2 tsp. onion powder

    2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

    1/2 tsp. sea salt

    2 sml. russet potatoes


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Chop potatoes (leave the skin on). In a large bowl, drizzle potatoes with olive oil, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. Toss to coat evenly.

Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 45-55 minutes, until tender.
