Roasted Curry Chickpeas

I really enjoyed these recipe from Great little carb to take on the go. If you like Indian food, then you will enjoy these.


    1 cooked chickpeas

    1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    1/2 tbsp. curry powder

    sea salt to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain, rinse and dry chickpeas. In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, curry powder and salt. On a baking sheet, spread chickpeas out evenly. If you want to sprinkle more curry and salt, you can. Roast for 30-40 minutes, tossing them occasionally. Let cool before you enjoy.

Store them in a ziplock bag.
