Roasted Cabbage

Easy cabbage side dish.


    1 head cabbage

    4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

    garlic powder to taste

    sea salt & black pepper to taste


Slice up cabbage in 1-inch slices (like bread slices), Spread olive oil on and add pinch of sea salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Roast in 400°F oven for 30 minutes on each side.

Note: P/C/F counts are for 1 cup of cabbage with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
