Rich Homemade Almond Milk

An almond milk with a plus


    25 almonds

    1 pinch sea salt

    1 qt. water

    3 tbsp. coconut oil


Soak raw almonds over night (blanch to remove skin if desired) Blend all ingredients until fully chopped. I run blender for five minutes

I do not strain the milk as I find that the texture is fuller with the pulp. Five minutes blends it so finely that its great.
