quick refrigerator oatmeal packed with protein.
1/2 c. oats, whole, dry, organic
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 c. almond milk
1/2 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla extract
place all ingredients in jar and shake. Place in refrigerator overnight or at least two hours
