"Real" Breakfast Burritos

Super easy breakfast burritos in 40 minutes! All ingredients are BD approved.


    1/4 c. milk, raw or organic

    2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1 tbsp. butter

    1/2 c. tomato

    1 sprouted whole grain tortilla

    2 white or gold potatoes

    1 c. baby spinach

    1/2 pkg. turkey bacon

    4 egg


Preheat over to 450 degrees. Cut up the potatoes into bite sizes and place on a non-stick baking sheet. Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes, then stir, and cook for 10 more minutes.

While potatoes are cooking, cook bacon in a frying pan.

While cooking bacon, cut up spinach and tomatoes. Cook spinach, tomatoes, and butter together until almost fully cooked. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble it all together.

Warm up tortillas. When everything is done, pile it all onto your tortilla, roll up, and eat. This is even good for picky eaters because you can't even taste the spinach or tomatoes.
