frozen raspberries, banana, kale with cocowater and chia seeds


    1 c. frozen raspberries

    1 med. banana

    1/2 c. coconut water

    1 c. kale

    1 tbsp. chia seeds


Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

*Feel free to use fresh or frozen raspberries and banana - if using fresh, you may want to add some ice to the blender.
