Raw Vegan Chunky Monkey

This is basically just an inevitability when you have the ingredients in your house.


  • 1 med. frozen banana
  • 2 tsp. canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 c. walnuts
  • 1 tbs. cacao nibs


Put banana and coconut milk in a food processor, and pulse till banana pieces are fine. Then grind until smooth. Add walnuts and cacao nibs and pulse-chop just to mix it up a little. Voila!
