Homemade, quick and easy, and protein-packed... this raw fudge is delicious!
1/2 c. cacao powder
1/2 c. coconut oil
1/3 c. honey, raw
1/2 c. almonds
1 dsh. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. stevia
Combine cacao powder, coconut oil, honey, and chopped almonds in a bowl; mix well. Season with cayenne and stevia, and mix well. Pour mixture into a 4x4-inch glass baking dish, and let the dish sit in the freezer for 30 minutes (or the fridge for 1 hour). Remove from freezer/fridge, cut or break into pieces, and enjoy!
