Nice Raw salad. High in fiber. This recipe is also on my blog. Not sure I calculated the Proteins, Fats and Carbs correctly
1 whole peach
1 whole mango
1 whole avocado
3 c. broccoli
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. onion
I think the secret, at least for me, is to make it a day before. The mango and peach soften the broccoli. You may want to omit the onion but I think it add just a little contrast to the sweetness of the mango. The raisins or other dried fruit seem to add to the texture. I have also used dried cranberries with add a little tart to the salad.
