A delicious raw kale salad.
1/2 oz. sunflower seeds
1 c. alfalfa sprouts, fresh, organic
1 bch. kale
1 sml. red onion
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tbsp. coconut aminos
De-stem and cut kale fine.
Prepare the dressing and add the very thin sliced red onion ( to marinate onion).
Combine the kale and the seeds and sprouts.
Add the dressing with the marinated onion.
