Raspberry smoothie with added fiber.
1 c. coconut water
1 c. raspberries
1 banana
1 tbsp. flax seeds
1/4 c. spinach
2 tbsp. nut butter
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
